I truly love working for WAFD! I could see myself retiring here, and I have decades to go. There is opportunity for growth and advancement if you do your job well. When I started as a Temp 5 years ago, my goal was simply to gain experience and move up in my field. I never imagined I would evolve so much and become so excited for the future of this company. I have gained an invaluable amount of knowledge from my manager and peers, and I have grown professionally and even earned promotions. I’m so grateful for Washington Federal. I also appreciate the work/life balance, especially with a little one at home! Love what you do. Make a difference.
