I wasn't allowed to do my job. I felt used all the time and was not valued at all. Or atleast wasn't shown The! The back office can be a pain to deal with. It always seems like they put the cart before the horse. There were times the branches didn't know policy changed until we got in trouble for it. Also it depends on who you talk to depended on what the policy was. The only reason I stayed for as long as I did was because of the clients and the false promise of allowing me to actually do my job.
