None , Higher upper management works hand in hand with Human Resources to wrongfully terminate people.
Cons
They claim to care about culture which is a joke. Culture starts with leadership truly caring about the people they have working for them. District Manager is a true narcissist and will talk about you behind your back in front of her other employees. If your looking for a job with great energy and solid culture where your truly valued then this is Not the place for you.
