      Pay is decent and good people on the floor.

      Cons

      Don't count on management to see you as more than a body on the floor. Extremely disorganized place.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
