Poor & Cheap Company - Anonymous employee Wabtec Employee Review

1) Only got 3.5% increment though has supposedly meet expectations. Inflation past year was 3.2% and minimum wage increase was also 3.5%. 2) Employees to take the train to the airport when traveling on work trip. The trip is 2 hours and imagine doing it with luggage. 3) Employees to fly economy on work trips for 10hr flights. Including the train ride, the whole excursion exceeded 16 hours. 4) Only training I received for the whole year was a Udemy login. 5) Wanted me to pay back relocation benefits because stipulated must complete 18 months but I was 10 days short.
