Good support and teachings for interviews Easy work, you're basically outsourcing your work What happening is that they'll coach you on interviews so you land a job and when you land a job you outsource all the work to them (internal team) in return they take a cut of your salary. They preach job stacking which encourages you to find multiple jobs (since they are taking a big cut). If you're good with it it's very profitable and you manage internal meetings. If you get caught you'd get fired and black listed. High risk high reward but can be extremely lucrative.
Cons
Borderline illegal, all companies I've ever worked with have some clause within the hiring document that protects client information so if you outsource the work which is what Wade marketing promotes it is illegal. Consequences include lawsuits, termination, and most important of all being blacklisted by the company and its recruiters which will significantly impact your ability to get hired in the future.

Loved that a lot of my team was based internationally. I learned so much not only about different cultures, but also different business/marketing practices within different regions of the world. Overall, there is a ton of room for growth, management was always supportive, and my direct superior always pushed me to do my best.
Cons
Downsides would be that the compensation initially was low. However, the opportunity to grow quickly made up for this in the long-run.
