Company never likely to become profitable absent a merger

A few great people to work with. It has a great location. The technology is good. Worldwide presence. A good place if you have no experience to earn your chops.

Management is terrible. This company goes through CEO's like crazy. The management gets people with no background and promotes them, while employees that have been there are stuck with salaries from the time they were hired. No sense of direction when it comes to product strategy. The employee feels like you are thrown to the wolves to fend for yourself. It has a terrible reputation among other Biotech companies. No work life balance.
