While the fast-paced nature of the company fosters innovation and growth, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during periods of rapid change. This can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured or predictable work environment.

- Team culture: I've learned a ton from some of the best people I've ever worked with, across different continents, and had a ton of fun along the way - Innovative product: the product is solving a real-world problem that everyone is experiencing at some point (waiting in line!) + disrupting a well-established industry with the potential to become the de facto standard in the queue management space. - High standards: the Waitwhile team doesn't compromise on quality. I've witnessed first hand some of the hard decisions that they had to make, and product quality and respect for the customer always came first.

It's been hard to establish a predictable growth engine in the current SaaS environment where every spending decision comes under scrutiny.
