None that I can really think of.

Decent pay and benifits. Good crew to work with.

Culture and moral have tanked. They spend millions on buying property, businesses and corporate buildings but spend nothing to update their fleet, machinery or shops. One shop was recently shut down due to being deemed unsafe. Shop staff are overworked and expected to work long hours in run down outdated shops. They preach accountability and ethics but run the business without it.
