Unrealistic expectations to the point of hostile work environment. They don’t care there employees and they don’t care about there customers. The hours have been cut so badly it is unsafe and concerning yet they are more concerned about new procedures that if not followed with 100% accuracy every time you are written up. If the managers above you do not wright you up then they themselves get written up.
