      Nice and Excellent coworkers and store staff. Friendly and teamwork environment.

      Cons

      Under staff pharmacy due budget cutbacks for techs and increase technician turnover rate in the past few years,start from Walgreens merger with Boots. Also decrease benefits and/or stagnant compensation for the past 4 yr.

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
