Pros
Most employees are good people, just watch out for brown nosers who will throw you under the bus if they can. With the direction, this company is taking, any Pros are far outweighed by the Cons.
Cons
Cuts, cuts, and cuts. The Finance guys above would like to keep their pharmacy staff lean and also replace them with the cheapest bodies they can find with disregard for quality and retention. They force monthly writeups if you fail to meet their sometimes impossible metrics, when they say metrics should not matter. What happens is, they earn a reputation as one of the worst companies to work for, their best people leave, and then there is the opportunity cost of training new people and retaining customers due to the departure of capable team members.
