      Pros

      No two days are ever the same. The corporate values are inspiring. Moving up the corporate ladder can be quick for those that work hard.

      Cons

      This is still retail and you have to work with minimum wage mindset employees. To be able to be a store manager you have to be a pharmacy tech. To be able to move up the ladder you will have to move to a store that has the available position (which could be in another state).

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      The got rid of the position in many stores

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
