Pros

Owned by one person , small company. Not allowed to be called a “clinic” seems fishy. Constantly told there are incentives to make sure to call patients to get bills paid. Feels like harassment to staff to get the owner her money. Threatening emails about complying with added on work stressors (not even related to job functions ) or ultimatum of losing the job. Refuses to buy software that can merge patient files , workers have to manually enter everything and manually transfer all data. The office uses 4 different patient information systems , which I’m suspecting are all cheapest versions or free versions of file management. Workers have to constantly fill in data in all 4 simultaneously. Working here is only worth it if your new and need experience. Other wise get out of the job. It’s too much work stress overloaded with refusal to hire multiple roles. There is no organization in the company.

Cons

If you enjoy being thrown around 5 locations in the span of a week. Mandatory work meetings on days off or penalty. No one has a set location , everyone is shuffled around. Last minute calls make employees travel to one location and switch the schedule five minutes before start time. Horrible management

Pros

I’ve been a physician here for nearly eight years, and in my experience, many of the negative reviews do not reflect the reality of working at this practice. Online forums often attract feedback from individuals who are dissatisfied, which can create a skewed impression. I’ve worked with Dr. Gupta since the early days of WIG, and she has consistently been supportive, dedicated, and deeply committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to women in New York City. The mission of this practice has always been centered on patient care, and that standard remains a priority. Providing exceptional healthcare can be demanding and, at times, requires personal sacrifice. However, that commitment is part of what allows us to be present for our patients when they need us most. While not every role or environment is the right fit for every individual, my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m proud of the work we do.

Cons

It’s disappointing to read such one-sided, critical reviews, which don’t fully reflect the reality of this practice.

Pros

It feels good working for a women-focused business

Cons

I feel bad for everybody working here. As an admin, there is a lot of baby-sitting the fragile and unpredictable moods of the top brass -- they treat employees poorly, talk behind their backs, force them to deal with the short staffing, yet constantly demand them to be "grateful".
