Pros
- Very good training. I worked very hard and it showed up during training evaluations. They have 3 evaluations spread across the training, so I was lined up among the first few for client interviews (I got placed before the training could complete as a result) - I could follow up with my trainer during the initial few days at work. Generally life is tough as a consultant and I had my trainers contact who provided me with all the documentation for help. - They provided me a hike without me following up. I was told about yearly income reviews. I got my hike as promised. - Small company, so I know everyone by name and they know me back. I personally find smaller companies better to relate on one-to-one terms. - I was willing to relocate anywhere, so I was getting projects immediately when my contract was completing. - I am assigned a Sales person whom I have direct contact and she was continuously in touch with me when I wanted change in projects. - During, my training, I saw people from previous batches and technical guys were attending training too, so there is no restriction if you want to work hard. - Last but not the least, they are sponsoring my H1 visa.
Cons
- You need to be able to go anywhere. Generally, I found people who wanted specific locations had to wait some time before they were place. I know a colleague who waited a month because she wanted only San-Diego. - Client-Consultant contract closure project took 1 week before it was escalated by Sales, so it was nerve-wrecking but at the end of it, I got the project.
