Pay is very slightly better than other English courses Students are wonderful I’ve heard Wall Street Internarional is a great company - unfortunately WS Indonesia is a franchise

- Toxic working environment. - CEO, Kish Gill, is obviously a narcissist who verbally abuses his employees and hires yes men and family for higher positions in the company . Heard credible reports of hiring discrimination - teaching hours are above the average in the industry. I often had to work through my lunch hour to prepare for classes - when people left or were fired, their position often wasn’t filled and employees were asked to perform the roles of the fired individual with no extra pay - Incredibly high turnover among all positions because of the toxic working environment - management always claimed they weren’t making enough money each month while somehow opening more and more branches. Curious… - one manager was credibly accused of sexual harassment forcing the employee to leave the company. No action was taken by the CEO. - During the pandemic employees were paid half salary for the same work. Many were never fully compensated - the list could go on. Everyone working here wants to leave. Don’t work here.
