Pros
Wallapop's strongest pro is its people: the colleagues create a very open and friendly environment, everyone is approachable and easy to talk to. It truly feels like being part of one big family. The projects are interesting and challenging, there is scope for choosing the technologies you want to work with (if well justified). The environment allows for good work-life balance. Nice perks: offsites organized twice a year, teambuilding activities and parties, events for employee's kids.
Cons
Lack of clear career development and review processes, although this has recently started to be addressed. Communication could be more open and transparent, which would help build trust in the management team. On several occasions, I noticed a tendency to undermine critical situations by management or HR, even when employees raise flags or concerns.
