Pros
I have worked as an analyst at Wallbrook for nearly two years. I have found the work to be incredibly stimulating and rewarding, and have been given ample opportunity to engage with various parts of the business. Management is genuinely encouraging of feedback from junior staff, and generously rewards hard work. I am particularly pleased with how Wallbrook has handled the Covid-19 pandemic. Management has maintained a high level of transparency regarding the pandemic's impacts on the business and the resultant policies put in place. Employee well-being has been the priority of these policies, as evidenced by the fact that no redundancies have been made at Wallbrook during the pandemic.
Cons
Client demands can sometimes make for a suboptimal work/life balance. The learning curve can be steep for recent graduates, though new joiners undergo one-on-one training in order to be able to adjust to a commercial environment.
