Daily onsite, compressed schedule depends on position or alternate scheduling, very very low bonus and very low increase (promotional or merit), not sustainable for long-term experience if within Rank and File (assistant to supervisor level), manual processes but hesitant to digitize/automate, slow recruitment process especially for replacements, weak employee engagement, no support for employees' continuous learning for Rank and File to Managers, high attrition rate, no HR policies (always depend on Head's approval) which does not support accountability imposing
