Good health insurance plan for employees

Cons

Poor leaders who are not skilled in the event industry. Horrible sanitation practices. No knowledge of TABC laws. Poor Covid strategy and client concern.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually). Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

Cons

Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
