      Beautiful venue and fun job

      Cons

      No training, and they get very mad over small mistakes. Then they fire you over email with no explanation. Would have been a great job if the managers had a clue about how to manage people. They have countless lawsuits against them. save your time and don’t work for them.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually). Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

      Cons

      Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
