I have no problems working here.

Great benefits, retirement plans. Some departments are great to work with. Most employee are very nice . Proud to work for county live in.

Pay will not compare to private sector. Not all employees are treated fairly. Lots of nepotism. Lots of turnover due to lack of advancement opportunities.
