Walton financially supports personal and professional development and dedicates time during the work day to make sure you are on a path of accomplishing all that you want. They provide coaching to guide you in authentic communication and all that it opens up for you. Walton truly wants you to be the best at home and then at work. They understand the two are a balance and believe if you work on yourself personally, then naturally your performance in the workplace will also benefit. Unlimited PTO, no it isn’t a trick! Every employee is trusted to manage how much time off they take, granted it requires a supervisor’s approval…I have never been told “no”. There is no “clock watching” as everyone at every level is trusted to manage their personal time off. Gracious owner, Gary Walton time and time again makes a point to show his employees they matter.
Cons
Quick pace and always developing. If you are not comfortable with change, Walton will convert you or likely leave you behind. This company is never happy with being mediocre and will always strive to keep growing and progressing. If you are up for the challenge, Walton will give you the tools to grow with the company.
