Not a lot of advantages except relaxing working hours.

The three first weeks they pay only 150 pounds which they do not tell you from the start ( and the domestic bills are ongoing....) They promise that after three months the weekly salary will be better but it stays as a promise. New employees stay untrained for quite a lot time in the beginning despite the fact that there are near misses during the job because of the delayed training. If the workload is reduced the working hours are reduced thus the money or you are sent home unpaid. Sick days are not paid. Management behaviour is not the best you can find and if you want to talk with them for money matters they find excuses and they are hiding. So if you want to work in a company that each day is an adventure of the kind ''is there enough work or I'll be sent home unpaid '' then this is the dream job for you.

Absolutely nothing to write here

Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody to work at no matter how desperate they were for a job. Office full of bullies, very cliquey and if your face doesn't fit then you will be pushed out of the company. Says a lot when other workplaces and agencies I have been in contact with have had to take people out of here due to them being treated terribly and bullied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
