Chill enough work environment all things considered Benefits for full time employees. Full time for manager and team lead only.
Cons
- no commission - very hard to make monthly bonus goals - company has and incredibly high turnover rate because every position is paid as minimally as possible - company has been making desisions as of late that make it hard to keep money in physical locations as they have been favoring online shoppers.
