General Incompetence - Warehouse Laborer Warehouse Services Employee Review

This is very much a family business, their warehousing methods are grossly outdated and inefficient. The employees are nice enough but management and the owners family will persecute and ultimately oust anyone that doesn't make them feel good about themselves. They give biweekly performance reviews (I'm not kidding) where they expect you pick orders by hand in a woefully disorganized warehouse and will scold you like a child if you're as much as 2 minutes over your KPI. Meanwhile they'll blithely let workers waste time in the second half of the day wasting hours when work slows.
