      All the leadership including founder/CEO are gamers and they care about games, not quarterly reports.

      Cons

      Too much of personal biased opinions become initiatives or even full fledged products, doomed from the very beginning due to lack of market research and product-market fit laser focus.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
