One of the best places to work in Belarus overall, colleagues are very professional (as a rule) and attentive, compensation is fair, great benefits and thoughtful touches from the top management, everyone is obsessed with games (which is a huge plus)
Cons
Bureaucracy and rigidness of some processes, outsized teams (some of them)
