We’re sorry to read this review. This individual was part of a recent reduction in force, and while we understand that was a difficult experience, it’s disappointing to see this kind of retaliation. Many of the claims made here simply don’t reflect what actually happened or who we are as a company.
On rooming accommodations and safety:
During our last company offsite, HR worked directly with this individual to make sure they were comfortable. When they raised concerns about rooming arrangements, we immediately provided separate accommodations and have since transitioned from Airbnbs to individual hotel rooms to ensure even more privacy and comfort for everyone.
On workplace respect:
We have zero tolerance for harassment or inappropriate behavior — from employees, clients, or anyone else. Any concern raised is taken seriously and addressed promptly through proper HR channels. The idea that leadership would overlook or excuse misconduct for business reasons is completely false.
On retaliation:
We encourage open communication and take employee feedback seriously. No one has ever been retaliated against for raising a concern. Our performance expectations are clearly defined, and we hold everyone to the same standards.
On gender dynamics:
We’re proud to have women in leadership and across all levels of the company. Promotions and opportunities are based solely on performance and contribution.
On culture:
We value building connection as a team but never force participation in social events. We respect everyone’s personal time and boundaries, and we’re continuously working to maintain a healthy, supportive culture as we grow.
We wish this former employee the best moving forward. Our focus remains on fostering a respectful, transparent, and collaborative environment for our team.
