Pros
My boss was great and enthusiastic to teach both employees and interns. No time clock to clock in and out of (which also doubles as a negative because people take advantage). Generally pretty nice coworkers. Upper staff was always friendly to all employees. 7.5 hour work day with a pretty relaxed schedule of when you had to come in. Some report at 7am others came in at 10 am due to family obligations/kids. Company closes its doors week between Christmas and New Years and they pay you for that time. Summer hours mean a five hour work day summer Fridays (another thing people would take advantage coming in late and leaving early). Great health care benefits (Anthem PPO).
Cons
You will probably make more money working at Starbucks. You have to beg for promotion. Lots of "great job!", but nothing tangible to back their praise. Creative department are a bunch of premadonna babies. No perks unless you're in creative, so don't think you'll get comp concert tickets to anything or see Billy Joe Armstrong walking these Halls. Witnessed a whole department be let go during a transition phase. Company is moving to DTLA, so your drive from the valley will suck even more now. Watch out who you talk to, because there are a few lifers that love spreading gossip.
