The most challenging job in my career- not in a good way either. - Systems Analyst Warner Connect Employee Review

Pros

Like another reviewer, it's hard to come up with any really PRO's about this company. If you think that free soda, and paid HH's once a month (half the time the owner doesn't show up for or anyone else from leadership) as PRO's as another poster states, then they are the PRO's

Cons

Toxic environment. System Engineers are not the most friendliest, timely in their assistance requests, and if you need to ask for help you better be prepared for the the backlash and belittling that will happen if you do. Their customer service is pitiful; and the hours that you are expected to work does not strike any balance for a personal life.

Pros

You have a ton of opportunity to learn so many things. It is a challenge everyday because you never know what is going to come your way. There have been many positives like employee engagement and friendly environment. It is a fast paced environment and can be very busy which is not a bad thing. I have enjoyed my time so far and have learned a lot.

Cons

There are so many things to learn it can be overwhelming at times however it keeps me challenged.

Pros

The Systems engineers are a team of extremely talented guys who will help out in an instant. The help desk team will answer and provide support for even the simplest task without acting like it is "beneath them". The other individuals who are on staff are definitely highly competent and extremely interested in the best interest of the company and its growth. The work environment is ever-changing, relaxed, and "fun" because everyone here has an "interesting" (IT geeky) sense of humor and enjoys some sort of banter. I compare the environment to that of a "dysfunctional family" because all though Warner Connect isn't perfect (same as a family) we will all help each other out in a time of need and we are close nit. I enjoy the company outings, luncheons, birthday celebrations, and quick office cubicle get-togethers to laugh, socialize, and chat. The owner from my perspective is very hands-on, he is not afraid of being in the trenches with everyone to get any issues resolved. I appreciate how much he is involved in and how hard he works.

Cons

Never Ending amounts of work to be done, everyone stays incredibly busy and works more than 40 hours per week due to work load demands. Owner has a ton on his plate and is incredibly busy.
