Pros
The Systems engineers are a team of extremely talented guys who will help out in an instant. The help desk team will answer and provide support for even the simplest task without acting like it is "beneath them". The other individuals who are on staff are definitely highly competent and extremely interested in the best interest of the company and its growth.
The work environment is ever-changing, relaxed, and "fun" because everyone here has an "interesting" (IT geeky) sense of humor and enjoys some sort of banter. I compare the environment to that of a "dysfunctional family" because all though Warner Connect isn't perfect (same as a family) we will all help each other out in a time of need and we are close nit.
I enjoy the company outings, luncheons, birthday celebrations, and quick office cubicle get-togethers to laugh, socialize, and chat.
The owner from my perspective is very hands-on, he is not afraid of being in the trenches with everyone to get any issues resolved. I appreciate how much he is involved in and how hard he works.
Cons
Never Ending amounts of work to be done, everyone stays incredibly busy and works more than 40 hours per week due to work load demands. Owner has a ton on his plate and is incredibly busy.
