Pros
Many outstanding engineers have been hired recently, making the teams awash in talent.
Cons
Very poor project management. Warner has a lot of very old projects and are hoping to modernize some of it by just throwing engineers at the problem. Unfortunately this does not work well when you have to spend significant time and resources learning how the old systems work and understanding what the new systems need to do.
