Promotions or the ability to move and advance your career has halted since new executive leadership. Has become incredibly corporate and every department is siloed into their own areas. Very difficult to figure out what the big picture is and even more difficult to get multiple departments to align together. With old leadership, it felt very much like a music company. With new leadership, it feels very much like we are maximizing profit for shareholders.
