Pros
There are a few good hearted, hard working, and honest people who work on the floor. Despite the lack of manager guidance, direction, and mentoring, the floor supervisors do their best to accommodate the needs of the floor workers.
Cons
Toxic, negative and vindictive place to work. Drama consistently flows throughout the packaging floor. Management looks the other way when concerns are communicated, but then blame the floor supervisors, operators, or line workers when those same concerns become real issues and problems. Management says they are transparent, but then fails to communicate important information. There are numerous safety policies in place and not enforced. The supervisors who care for the safety and welfare of their workers are criticized for being too harsh or strict. Training lacks any consistency and changes too often to expect new associates to effectively learn their job within the allotted time span.
