Worked here for almost 3 years. Jewellery is terrible quality, only way to communicate with head office was via fax. No email system set up. No refunds and when you enforce this policy head office over rule it and give a refund " on this occasion " Customers have threatened to smash my face in when I said no and then HO give it anyway. Acted as store manager for almost a year with the promise of it being made permanent as the then manager was given a temporary promotion in another store. In the end I left as I was doing the job for around £8,000 less. I would avoid at all costs.
