Pros
Decent pay for a sales position, even if you have relatively low jewellery experience they will still consider you. They also convert any bank holidays you don't work into a floating holiday day which you can take whenever. Overall, they're quite lenient and easy going.
Cons
They're very old school - *all* of their admin is done through paper and fax machines, which makes the job much less efficient. Their breaks are horribly short, a total of 30 minutes (10 minute morning break and 20 for lunch) that do nothing for a whole day of standing. They also do not allow you to take any length of holiday that is in between a single day or a full week. Need three days? Nope, You have to take all seven. I could write more but i don't have the energy to. If you have another option for work, pick the other one!
