Poor operations. VP of Growth Rob Peterelin is the biggest con. He's a joke, but he's a friend of the owners so they refuse to see what an organizational cancer he is, and they won't fire him because they're weirdly loyal to him.

Warwick is a small company, most of the employees are pleasant to work with. The company has been in business for a very long time.

Warwick does not pay a market rate for employees, salaries are low. The company is also very behind the times in the way that they do things and it's getting worse... Over the last year people have begun to be a little bit unhappy, or maybe more frustrated. It could be a great company and once was, but now it is beginning to go downhill.
