-office manager Tiff is blunt and unkind. Everyone in the office fears going to her for help. It is known that that is “how she is “. Unacceptable in my opinion for a manager. -office manager doesn’t follow any of the rules that she applies to her staff, including dress code, HIPAA, violations, OSHA, violations, etc.. She also does not apply any of the rules to her daughter who she hired as receptionist. -endless drama between coworkers. The amount of unkind words that I would hear behind other people‘s backs was sad. -reporting to management that you need help with a task or with conflict will only result in being talked down to or dismissed. -management has favorites that are allowed to act however they want while those that work so hard everyday are on thin ice for doing absolutely nothing wrong.
