Pros

Dana Foster is my biggest pro, coworkers have always been great for the most part

Cons

Advancement opportunities will go to friends of your superiors rather than someone who earned it, don’t bother going to HR for anything because they’ll just be giggling about it with your higher ups later, racist tendencies company wide, low pay, company culture is just bleh and events are always cliquey, no consistency in policies/procedures from property to property

Pros

My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

Cons

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
