Awesome happy hours and access to events. Access to music industry professionals. Summer Fridays and closed 2 weeks for Holidays/New Years.
Cons
Pay is bottom of market value unless Director or above. Senior leadership need leadership training (“do as I say not as I do” type management). Lack of recognition and training programs. Lack of clarity from management. Management doesn’t know what their teams do day to day.
