Pros

Not sure that I can think of a single pro. Other than, If you enjoy being a jerk at work this is the place for you cause you can definitely get away with it!

Cons

Everything. Management is a total joke! One told her employee, "I cant F with you today!" Loud enough for everyone to hear. You get ZERO credit for your accomplishments, in fact your boss will more than likely take credit for your work and will pass the buck to an already overworked employee to train you, which means, you will never get any training. Tons of favoritism. Everyone will try to sabotage you if ANYTHING goes wrong, so keep record of ALL communication. My manager actually encouraged confrontation. Pay is weak and Insurance is a joke! They set you up to fail.

Pros

Wasserstrom has a strong core of long‑tenured associates, which speaks to both the stability of the company and the quality of the work environment. The average associate tenure is over a decade, and with more than 123 years in business, there is a deep sense of history, craftsmanship, and commitment across the organization. Many associates have built long careers here, contributing deep knowledge and a genuine willingness to mentor, collaborate, and support one another. One of the company’s unique strengths is the close connection between the corporate office and the shop floor. Having these teams physically and operationally connected creates strong alignment, real‑time collaboration, and a shared sense of ownership in the work being done. While the company values its traditions, it is also forward‑thinking and continues to invest in innovation, process improvements, and new ways of doing business. Turnover is low, associates take pride in what they build, and it shows in both the quality of the work and the overall culture. Leadership is approachable, teamwork is encouraged, and there is a clear emphasis on safety, consistency, and continuous improvement. Associates are given opportunities to learn, grow, and build lasting careers while contributing to a company that continues to evolve and innovate.

Cons

Because the company has many long‑serving associates and established processes, the environment may feel more structured or traditional for those who prefer constant change.
