Pros
They work with you on flexibility
Cons
You only get promoted if you run with the "in" crowd. Management is extremely biased and gossips to their favorite employees about confidential information of other employees. Horrible pay. They have "town hall" meetings telling you how they are raking in millions of dollars per month but never give more than a 1 or 2% raise. The HR dept consists of the most UNFRIENDLY people you will ever meet and they are not helpful in any way. You are always told to call their insurance company with questions because the insurance girl doesn't know squat. Building is disgusting and way outdated, but if you like working with roaches and centipedes then by all means. Their health insurance is horrible. Turnover is so bad because people don't listen to these reviews and apply elsewhere, then get in there and realize how awful it is. They don't train worth crap. Nothing is standardized or structured. The old CEO Rodney really did care for people, but his son Brad only cares about money and himself and has really run the company - especially the morale - into the ground. People really used to enjoy working there, but not anymore. Everyone constantly complains and it's a depressing and stressful place to work. Definitely NOT worth it for the little money they give you. But the Wasserstrom's will roll into work (if they even show up) in their nice Lexus cars and SUVs. The people who have left and found new jobs (including me) are way happier that we left.
