      Salary was the only part that was decent.

      Cons

      Negative coworkers. Unrealistic expectations. Work you to the point of stress burnout. No real “time off” expected to work 8+ hours in office, then work once you are home until you go to bed. Expected to work weekends. No real time to take off for vacations so unlimited PTO is a joke. Supervisor told me to not have a baby during a certain time frame (ILLEGAL)

      Pros

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
