Pros

- Full time remote working - There are some good people within the business. - Monday - Friday working between 8am - 6pm - They provide a Healthshield cover which isn't bad.

Cons

- Really bad training when you start there is no structure to it. - If you aren't within the "management" circle you will feel like an outsider - High number of staff turn over and constant changes within the team - Expected to be on call once every 4 weeks however you don't get paid for this and need to use your personal phone for the calls. - Employees are expected to participate in team trips, including international travel. However, the expense coverage is often insufficient, leaving employees to cover additional costs out of pocket. Opting out of these trips can negatively impact your relationship with management - People are often given internal promotions for being part of the management circle even though they don't the ability to fulfil these roles nor the knowledge about their own product. - Management will often try and find out personal information about you and then use this against you later down the line. - Due to high turnover, the team is frequently understaffed, leading to increased pressure and unpaid overtime. - Job Title doesn't reflect the tasks that you will be doing day-to-day. Overall when you join they will make you think this is a great place to work but after 6 months (if you make it this far) this is where all of the above start to show.
