      Pros

      Overtime and 30 minutes for lunch. And off every sunday.

      Cons

      The management was horrible. The trucks are in such bad shape. Parts room is sad. Ordering parts is a horrible experience. You will be reprimanded all the time so get ready. Drama almost everyday. There is no parking there so accidents are a daily event.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
