Pros
Waste pro is a great company, I love my job. Everyone gets along great. My supervisors are some of the best I’ve worked for. They are not micromanaging, as long as you are doing your job, they don’t bother you at all.
Cons
The only cons I have is a big one. The Equipment is trash. (See what I did there?) trucks are literally one step from being scrapped at the junk yard. Breaking down 3-5 times a week. Nothing gets fixed, even safety issues.
