As you indicated in your post, the factors that may have contributed to your experience have changed. Based on your statements, it appears to have been many years since you worked at the organization. We take very seriously our responsibility to manage donor contributions for the greatest impact to the communities we serve. This is evidenced by our Charity Navigator 4-star rating, which we have maintained for 14 consecutive years. This places us among the top 1% of charities for our efficiency and impact.
