It is a growing organization, and with that come learning curves, mistakes, and re-dos.

Incredibly smart team of engineers, project managers, community development professionals, and partnerships experts. I have nothing bad to say about the teams at Water Mission. The senior leadership at the organization is very humble, all the way up to the CEO, which definitely sets the tone for Water Mission as a whole. Everyone is eager to learn, grow, and improve and does not seem driven by ego.

As a young organization, they lack a clear pathway for growth and leadership for mid-career professionals. It seems like something they are working on.
