Pros

Best wipe product on the market. Continuing to make more sustainable, and better for you.

Cons

The marketing is not dynamic and has a shallow reach. Budget constraints hold back marketing. Everything tied to ROI. Innovation lacking. Key growth priorities are not the focal point and the business keeps repeating the same behavior, resulting in slower growth potential/opportunities.

Pros

Extremely hard to think of any

Cons

Working at WaterWipes feels like going back in time, I’ve never experienced anything like the culture here in my career. The culture is toxic, the leadership team have no people skills what so ever with no ability to inspire or lead. It’s very much a do as I say or get shouted at and told how rubbish you are. Dont expect to be treated fairly by the leadership team, there are many examples of people being managed out simply because they challenged the status quo. In my experience, after retuning from maternity leave over 50% of my responsibilities were taken away from me simply for having a baby. When I challenged why this had happened the response from the business was that they did not recognise I ever had such responsibilities despite having all of the evidence in emails etc to prove this. The culture is extremely misogynistic, and unless you are willing to speak in an extremely assertive and aggressive manner the all male leadership team won’t listen to you. People are genuinely afraid of going into meetings with the leadership team. It is one of the slowest businesses to make decisions, which means they miss out on big opportunities with retailers. This is because the only people who can make a decision is those on the LT, there is no ownership within the sales team.
